Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and create designs for social media marketing across all platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create visually appealing graphics and artwork for various digital and print marketing materials, such as social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, brochures, and advertisements.
- Conceptualize and design engaging and innovative visual assets that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate marketing messages on social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing collateral to enhance brand recognition and customer engagement on social media.
- Utilize industry-standard design software to create high-quality graphics and artwork for social media marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices specific to social media marketing to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of graphics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing design work for social media marketing.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
