Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Provide comprehensive information about company solutions, pricing, and customer service to clients via various channels.
  2. Conduct visits to both current and prospective clients.
  3. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities, meeting and exceeding activity and revenue targets.
  4. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing after-sales support.
  5. Monitor sales progress, evaluate industry trends, and discuss strategies with management.
  6. Manage the entire sales process, gather customer requirements, and develop tailored business plans.
  7. Become a subject matter expert on company services and industry news, promoting services, and executing strategic growth plans.
  8. Train sales professionals, track sales activities in the company CRM system, maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  9. Follow up with clients on payments and regularly report sales results to management.

Requirements

  1. 3-6 years of business development experience with a demonstrated track record of sales growth.
  2. Fluency in English and proficiency in CRM are essential.
  3. SAAS background is preferred.
  4. Strong persuasion, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are required, with a focus on creativity in presentations.
