Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive information about company solutions, pricing, and customer service to clients via various channels.
- Conduct visits to both current and prospective clients.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities, meeting and exceeding activity and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, providing after-sales support.
- Monitor sales progress, evaluate industry trends, and discuss strategies with management.
- Manage the entire sales process, gather customer requirements, and develop tailored business plans.
- Become a subject matter expert on company services and industry news, promoting services, and executing strategic growth plans.
- Train sales professionals, track sales activities in the company CRM system, maintain records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
- Follow up with clients on payments and regularly report sales results to management.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of business development experience with a demonstrated track record of sales growth.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in CRM are essential.
- SAAS background is preferred.
- Strong persuasion, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills are required, with a focus on creativity in presentations.
