Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Understand company products, services, and competition.
  2. Identify and pursue new client opportunities.
  3. Visit current and potential clients to meet revenue targets.
  4. Enhance customer value and attract new clients.
  5. Research markets and customer needs for sales improvement.
  6. Communicate with clients via various channels.
  7. Schedule and conduct business meetings.
  8. Promote company services and address client objectives.
  9. Prepare quotes and maintain sales records.
  10. Provide post-sales support and build long-term relationships.
  11. Collaborate with Marketing for sales materials and strategy.
  12. Deliver presentations and share company information with clients.
  13. Monitor industry trends and represent InstaKidz at events.
  14. Prepare sales reports and update CRM/tools.
  15. Support additional tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree required.
  2. 1-3 years of sales experience with demonstrated success in full sales cycle, including deal closing.
  3. Proficient in English.
  4. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    Preferred CRM experience.
  5. Knowledge of productivity tools and software.
  6. High attention to detail.
  7. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
